• 150+ cases of functional and design customization including development of completely new solutions via deep technical research
• Solution consultancy for cool clients like Olympus, Nike etc. to provide the best eCommerce experience
• Great contribution to product line basing on market/user research. In total around 200 of my change requests were added to default versions of extensions
• Onboarding and customer support experience upgrade by adding end-to-end integration for live chat and custom CRM system and mastering processes
• Lots of 3rd-party integrations including payment gateways, cloud marketing tools and more
• Products with open code and clients with unique setups that required out-of-the-box thinking
